Who We Are

The Phi Kappa Zeta Chapter was chartered on December 5, 2007, in Woodbridge, VA, by eight women from diverse professional backgrounds and age groups.

The Phi Kappa Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. is a group of women deeply committed to making a positive difference in our community. Guided by the core values of sisterhood, scholarship, service, and finer womanhood, we strive to support and uplift those around us. Through our efforts, we host events that provide resources for local families, offer educational opportunities, and advocate for social change. We are passionate about empowering youth, encouraging academic growth, and addressing the needs of underserved communities. By fostering unity and supporting one another, we aim to embody the true spirit of sisterhood, contributing meaningfully to Woodbridge and beyond. In our service, the Phi Kappa Zeta Chapter seeks to reflect the ideals of Zeta Phi Beta, hoping to inspire others to join us in creating lasting, positive change.

In addition to our adult membership, the Phi Kappa Zeta Chapter is proud to support three youth auxiliary groups: the Pearlettes (ages 4-8), the Amicettes (ages 9-13), and the Archonettes (ages 14-18). These young women are guided by our values of sisterhood, scholarship, and service, fostering the next generation of leaders. We also work closely with the Amicae, a dedicated group of women who actively support our chapter’s initiatives. Additionally, we have established a local Zeta Male Network (ZMN), bringing together role models and community leaders who provide vital support for Zeta programs and service projects. Together, these collaborations help strengthen our impact in the community. With a deep commitment to service, our chapter continues to focus on creating positive, lasting change. Below, you’ll find an overview of some of our key programs that address education and social issues in the community.
