The Pearlettes Auxiliary of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. is a group of young girls, typically between the ages of 4 and 8, who are introduced to the values of the sorority at an early age. The Pearlettes program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of sisterhood, self-esteem, community service, and academic success through fun and age-appropriate activities.
