Phi Kappa Zeta Chapter

President’s Welcome

Greetings and Welcome!

We are delighted to have you visit the website of the Phi Kappa Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. It is our pleasure to introduce you to our chapter and the rich legacy of our esteemed organization. Founded on January 16, 1920, at Howard University, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. has stood as a beacon of excellence for over 105 years.

Rooted in the core principles of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood, we continue to build upon the visionary foundation laid by our five esteemed founders—Arizona Cleaver Stemons, Pearl Anna Neal, Myrtle Tyler Faithful, Viola Tyler Goings, and Fannie Pettie Watts. These remarkable women were instrumental in shaping the path of our sisterhood, which today is a global network of more than 100,000 dynamic women, making an indelible impact across various professions and communities worldwide.

We are proud of our legacy and excited for the continued growth and positive influence of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Thank you for exploring our chapter and for your interest in joining us as we celebrate and advance our mission.

About Phi Kappa Zeta Chapter

The Phi Kappa Zeta Chapter was chartered on December 5, 2007, in Woodbridge, VA, by eight dynamic women from diverse professional backgrounds and age groups. Today, our chapter is home to approximately 70 members who excel in various fields, including education, the military, and corporate sectors.

In addition to our dedicated chapter members, we proudly support three youth auxiliary groups: the Pearlettes (ages 4-8), Amicettes (ages 9-13), and Archonettes (ages 14-18), as well as a group of women, the Amicae, who work alongside us to support our mission. Focused on community engagement, our chapter is committed to creating a lasting, positive presence and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
